Whole Wheat Sourdough

This sourdough loaf is made with freshly milled Rouge De Bordeaux, a wheat grain grown by The Tehachapi Grain Project Farm.

The grain is milled freshly right in my cottage bakery! 

This loaf is nutritious, high in fiber and great for gut health!
